GoPro Hero2 camera

The GoPro Hero2 camera has a long list of impressive video and photo modes. Video quality from the GoPro Hero2 camera is improved with the introduction of a sharper professional grade glass lens and upgraded sensor. The GoPro Hero2 camera will take 11MP still photos at a rate of up to 1 photo per 0.5 seconds in time laps mode or 10 photos in a one second burst (class 10 card required). In video mode you have lots of shooting options with the GoPro Hero2 camera shooting full 1080p HD video at either 170, 127 or 90 degree fields of view. For slow motion videos you record with the GoPro Hero2 camera in either 720p at 60 frames per second or standard definition 480p at either 120 or 60 frames per second. For full video and photo shooting modes check out the GoPro Hero2 camera tech specs.
The GoPro Hero2 camera records onto SD cards (not included) in a .mp4 file format with H.264 compression which is normally easy to edit on Windows and Mac computers. The GoPro Hero2 camera also captures audio via an onboard microphone plus you have the option of plugging in an external mic into the 3.5mm port on the side of the GoPro Hero 2 (to do this you will need the non-waterproof GoPro Skeleton Housing which allows you to run cables in to the GoPro Hero2 camera). Check out the video below to see some demo footage shot with the GoPro Hero2 camera.
