Returns will be given a store credit only if the product (including the packaging) is in new condition.

All products are covered by a 12 month defects warranty unless otherwise stated.

All goods are shipped via the Express Post network. Large value orders are sent via the Express Post Platinum network and are delivered by a courier.

Orders are normally sent the same day they are received (before 4pm WST) and take 1-2 days (depending on your location, allow extra for regional and remote areas).

The website uses 256bit SSL security and credit card details are encrypted prior to being sent to the payment gateway.
