Terms

1. Launch covers cost of shipping to customer. Customer to cover cost of return.
2. Hire period:
Delivered: The rental period starts from the day the camera arrives at the address you supply (if you are not home it will be held at your local post office and it is your responsibility to collect it). The hire period finishes when Launch receives the returned camera minus one day (ie camera received on Wednesday will be charged up to and including Tuesday).
Pick Up / Drop off: The hire period starts the day you pick the camera up. The hire period finishes on the day you return the camera.
3. Broken or damage parts will be charged at retail minus 20%.
4. If the camera is not returned within two weeks of the agreed return date (unless extended by mutual agreement) the customer will be charged full retail for the camera.
5. Try before you buy - 80% of the total hire charge can be credited towards the cost of a new camera.
6. Credit card details to be provided. Card will be charged when the camera is returned. A hold will be placed on your card for the estimated period of hire.
