Returns Policy
If you for some reason ordered the wrong product, or are unhappy with your item, Launch Helmet Cams is happy for you to return the item, within 30 days of purchase date, for store credit, as long as the item is still in the original, undamaged packaging.
It's a good idea to give us a call first to confirm that you are sending it back, and when you send it back make sure all your contact details are with it! That will allow us to process it quickly and get the money back in your account. You'll need to provide your tax invoice as proof of purchase date.
